Short version: DrumPulse does not collect your data. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no tracking. Everything the app measures stays on your own Apple devices.
DrumPulse needs a few on-device permissions to do its job. It asks for each one, and you can decline or revoke any of them at any time in Settings. All processing happens on your device.
Your session history (timing scores, tempo, dynamics, and similar summaries) is stored locally on your Apple Watch. When your watch and iPhone are paired and in range, sessions are synced to the DrumPulse companion app on your iPhone so you can review them on a larger screen. This sync happens directly between your own two devices over Apple's encrypted device-to-device connection (WatchConnectivity). DrumPulse does not upload your sessions to any server or cloud service.
DrumPulse uses no third-party services, no third-party SDKs, and shares no data with anyone. The only Apple frameworks involved (HealthKit, CoreMotion, WatchConnectivity) operate on your devices under your permission.
DrumPulse is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone, regardless of age.
You are in full control of your data. You can revoke motion or Health permissions in the Settings app at any time, delete individual sessions inside DrumPulse, delete workouts in the Health app, and remove all DrumPulse data by deleting the app from your watch and iPhone. Because nothing is stored off your devices, deleting the app removes the app's data.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected in a future app update.
